The holidays are over and maybe you experienced as I have the sluggishness that comes from overindulging or of letting slide your plan of health.
I enjoyed many healthful foods, but even eating healthful foods in excess can create a heavy or tired feeling. Add in the treats and it’s a recipe for sluggishness.
I’m now back to a more consistent routine of healthful living and I’m pleased to say I am more alert and enthusiastic.
How similar is our response when our spiritual sustenance is out of balance.
Without proper care of our spirits, we become spiritually lethargic.
