Oh my goodness! I did it again!
I fell into the same downward spiral of thinking!
I even teach mind management skills and yet there I was spinning in my thoughts and feeling more and more unhappy with each passing day.
I’ll spare you the details. I know that too many of you are also familiar with this pattern. So, without dredging up all that “stuff,” let’s just say, that things get rough at times, even though we know better.
This is a beautiful season! A time of giving, serving and loving, yet, sometimes it’s hard to feel the magic and we can get pretty hard on ourselves.

I also want to remind you that:
It’s ok to not be at your best at all times.
It’s ok to need to take a break.
It’s ok to request help.
It’s ok to say ‘no’ to things that aren’t in your best interest.
It’s ok to be you in all your ‘ups’ and ‘downs.’
