I’m a planner. I like to organize and be prepared. I try to do all I can so life flows smoothly.
So, I was surprised when I realized I had forgotten to write my “Weekly Insight.” And not only was I surprised I had forgotten, but I was startled that I was not upset about it.
In this case, forgetting represented something good.
I have been trying to develop the ability to be fully present or as a friend said, “be where my feet are.”
This past week was full of travel, family celebration, events and activities and I was thoroughly invested and felt renewed.
So, allowing myself to be fully involved in the events of this week and enjoying them to the fullest was a good thing!
Even if this “Weekly Insight” is short, perhaps there is a message, whether it be, being more conscious of being in the present moment or being easier on yourself when things don’t go as planned.
Have a beautiful week!
With love,
